You must be at least 18 years old and online gaming must be legal where you are located.

One account per person. If multiple accounts share the same person, device or payment number, all of them may be blocked and bonuses forfeited.

Keeping your username and password secret is your responsibility. All activity under your login is your responsibility.

Deposits must be sent only to the official payment channels and numbers shown on the site. KP111 is not liable for money sent to any other number.

You must submit the correct transaction ID. Wrong, reused or fake transaction IDs will be rejected.

Before withdrawing you must complete turnover equal to your deposit (1x). Withdrawal requests are not accepted until the turnover is met.

The payout account you add first is permanent — all withdrawals go to that number. Changing it requires verification through live support.

Withdrawals may be temporarily frozen while we verify suspicious activity.

Each bonus has its own minimum deposit, maximum cap and turnover requirement, shown on the Promotions page.

Bonuses and any winnings from them are void if obtained through risk-free betting, bots, game faults or coordinated accounts.

A referral counts as valid only when the invited friend deposits at least ৳500 and completes ৳1,000 turnover. Self-referrals and fake accounts are prohibited.

You may close your account at any time through support. KP111 may suspend or close accounts in cases of fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.
